Whether for the executive search (high and middle managers) or the recruitment assistance of rare profiles (engineers, business developer, sales, etc.), we assist our clients in finding the best profile while using different technologies and artificial intelligence as levers (sourcing, matching, objective evaluation of soft skills, etc.).
For each mission, we operate in 2 phases:
1. Scoping phase where we define the required skills and market the job offer.
2. Sourcing and Evaluation where we study responses to the job offer and target the best profiles available on the market. We then internally interview and evaluate the applicants at HCC and present our customers with a short list. We provide assistance until effective recruitment of the candidate.
